Nutrition Therapy Services

My Services

  • Initial Assessment

    75 minutes | $175

During this session, we will explore your full medical history, relationship with food and body throughout your life, review
your eating patterns, and identify any concerns and goals you
might have. Then, we will determine a treatment plan for our journey together.

  • Nutrition Follow-Ups

    45 to 60 minutes | $115-130

We will continue to explore your relationship with food/your body, identify patterns, provide feedback, and develop tools to move forward with finding food freedom and acheive health.

  • Grocery Shopping

Whatever your shopping challenges; finding yourself spending hours at the grocery store, avoiding it entirely, or
    anywhere in between. I will
    help you discover and utilize
    new strategies to bring
more ease to your grocery shopping experience.

  • Meal Support

Having meals together give us a chance to experiment with different settings, tools, and environments to see what feels best to you when working through meal challenges.

  • Food Exposure

I will support you in conquering your food fears in order to gain confidence and trust that
    “all foods fit.”

  • Transparent Pricing

This is transparent pricing in accordance with the “no surprises act.” You‘re not paying for a
“unit of time” but rather years of experience, training, and ongoing education.
