Initial Assessment
75 minutes | $175
During this session, we will explore your full medical history, relationship with food and body throughout your life, review
your eating patterns, and identify any concerns and goals you
might have. Then, we will determine a treatment plan for our journey together. -
Nutrition Follow-Ups
45 to 60 minutes | $115-130
We will continue to explore your relationship with food/your body, identify patterns, provide feedback, and develop tools to move forward with finding food freedom and acheive health.

Grocery Shopping
Whatever your shopping challenges; finding yourself spending hours at the grocery store, avoiding it entirely, or
anywhere in between. I will
help you discover and utilize
new strategies to bring
more ease to your grocery shopping experience. -
Meal Support
Having meals together give us a chance to experiment with different settings, tools, and environments to see what feels best to you when working through meal challenges.

Food Exposure
I will support you in conquering your food fears in order to gain confidence and trust that
“all foods fit.” -
Transparent Pricing
This is transparent pricing in accordance with the “no surprises act.” You‘re not paying for a
“unit of time” but rather years of experience, training, and ongoing education.
Insurance
Summit Nutrition is in network with insurance companies in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, HI, ID, IN, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY.
I accept HSA or FSA as payment, and can also provide a superbill for you to file with your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Please note that I do offer sliding scale and will work with you to make my services as accessible as possible. I don’t want finances to be the main reason you’re not able to get the help you need.
Individual sessions are offered on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on your needs. Sessions can be conducted virtually or in-person and may include:
Establishing a meal plan
Meal and Menu planning
Grocery shopping exposures
Cooking exposures
Meal or Snack support
Nutrition education
Weight monitoring
Movement/exercise exposures
Other individual interventions
